App Data

AI Apps will collect usage information on our website, products and services, and other information personal and non-personal in nature.

Our collected data can include: IP Address, geographical location, viewed webpages, entrance and exit pages, operating system information, unique device ids, date and timestamps, data and information about the way you interact with our products and services such as clicks on certain user interface elements, advertisements or banner images, messages sent and received using AI Apps Pte Ltd's products and services, information about these messages (date, destination phone numbers, size, attachments), device type. operating system, usage duration, etc. Any other information not mentioned here can also be collected, up to AI App Pte Ltd's discretion.

Another exception is AI Apps Pte Ltd may share information for the purpose of conducting Customer Service and Customer Support. AI Apps Pte Ltd may engage trusted parties to manage our Customer Service and Customer Support channels. In this situation, the scope of information sharing is also kept limited to those mentioned in "Information that we collect” section above, and is done for the purpose sole purpose of provide Pre-sales and Post-sales Customer Service and Customer Support and other related activities.

In the event of data loss, data misuse or data modification arising from negligence or actions undertaken by third-party hosting services that we work with, or due to events from under the typical list of force majeure events such as war, riots, fire, flood, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, strikes, lockouts, slowdowns, prolonged shortage of energy supplies, and acts of state or governmental action prohibiting us from performing our obligations under the contract, AI Apps is will not be responsible for any impact on Data Security and Data Integrity.
